Alexander Morland

A quick learner with an insatiable intellectual curiosity, Alexander Morland combines his goal oriented approach with a breadth of knowledge to oversee our projects with a steady hand.

While working for Maritime Colours AS from 2006 to 2009 Alexander successfully transitioned from 3D modeling to application development. As project co-ordinator on a real-time 3D viewer, he functioned as the bridge between the developers, the artists and the customer. During the last two years there, Alexander developed several applications and ended up leading the web application development team as program manager.

Alexander draws on his formal training and professional experience in a wide range of fields, including computer science, multimedia design and 3D animation.

Alexander Morland is an active contributor to the CakePHP community. He has published several articles and served as a moderator on the CakePHP community site. Alexander also held a talk at the CakeFest 2009 in Berlin about Test driven development.
